Our HOA client came to us with a need to update the front sign to something simpler.
After HOA Neighborhood Sign
After the Riverside team worked their magic! We removed the majority of the mulch bed and overgrown plants. Simple perennial plantings were added and sod was installed. Area was finished off with a nice layer of mulch.
HOA Neighborhood Sign Established
Riverside also installed a low voltage LED Lighting system to help illuminate the sign at night. Some sod died due to a hot summer and no irrigation, but was replaced.

Our client wanted a more colorful planting design around their family firepit area.

A cleaner and colorful version for this family firepit. Plants will reach maturity in 3 to 5 years.
Before French Drain Installation
This area near the clients pool shed frequently floods, leaks into the pool shed and is an eye sore. Let's fix that!

2 drain inlets were added on either side and a trench was dug for a french drain to carry the water away!
After French Drain Installation
Drain is complete. Area was re-graded and grass seed and straw was laid. Area will be filled with grass soon and look back to normal.

During Repairing Paver Settling
One of our clients had some pavers settle along their pool, leading to water pooling. We removed the pavers and re-leveled the area. Our client now emjoys the area with the only water in the pool.

We were asked to remove seven dying red tip photina trees for a client.

The trees were brought down safely and efficiently. We were not asked to remove these debris, so we piled brush separate from the logs, in order to assist our client.

One of our clients had an overgrown landscape that was neither great to look at or welcoming for their home.

Before Eyesore Space Transformation
One of our client had a space that collected water right at the front entrance to their outdoor area. They wanted to fix that and also dress the area up and look nicer.

We converted the area to a river rock bed. We utilized plants that liked the water conditions and placed them in such a way to better screen the equipment but still allow them space to be serviced.
